Mynott Consultancy & Co help designing and transforming organizations through digital change, based on proven change management principles from APMG, Prosci (ADKAR), Kotter and Lewin. We use personal effectiveness training workshops and team effectiveness workshops based on the Insights Discovery instruments. Mynott Consultancy & Co assess business transformation readiness based on TOGAF (9.1) and organize training  programs, coaching programs and brown paper sessions.

This involves managing stakeholders and communicating across different levels and functions. With this in mind, strong communication, negotiation and listening skills are particularly important assets in organisation change. Effective business change depends on good people skills, naturally analytical minds and the confidence to deal with complex situations. As change can often cause friction within organisations, the ability to adapt quickly to situations is crucial in smoothing over periods of change. Developed leadership skills are desirable to take on significant amounts of responsibility for the delivery of change management programmes.
